Company History
|
After 30 years of service as a band director (beginner to high school), Dr. Boone set forth on a life long dream-to write band literature.
A published composer of Gospel music literature, Oliver Boone began at an early age of 5 while studying with this Grandfather, O.C. Boone. O.C. Boone, a prolific writer of Gospel Music once approached by Hank Williams to write music for him, worked primarily in the Gospel genre having written with Albert E. Brumley and O.A Parris.
Oliver C. Boone is currently a professor of education and consultant. He serves as the principal arranger for the Huntingdon College Bands.
ROLM Music Publishing was established in 2009 to answer the need for more music to be written for the younger bands. It is a life long passion dedicated to my Father, Raiford O. Boone.
We hope you enjoy this opportunity to play new music literature for all ages. |
